About her
I like variety in my life and seem to have it. When I'm at home I am happy living a semi-retired life in Nelson with my three(!) cats, and I love growing flowers and food in my garden. When I go to to work it's often on a short contract overseas so I get to see some amazing things and meet some fascinating people too. I really enjoy this kiind of travel and find it much more satisfying than just backbacking. At home, I'm involved in Fair Trade and give talks to community groups as well as work in the Trade Aid shop. Amongst other things, I like pub quizzes: what would your joker round be? Mine's a toss up between science/nature and travel/geography.
