Unconventional is a good word to describe me. When I was born, they threw away the mould. It hasn't grown back yet...
I work as a software engineer for a hardware company near Ely.
In my spare time, I like listening to music and going out for walks. I like photography and enjoy taking pictures of assorted oddments (anything from a steam train to a pylon) when out on a walk or on holiday.
I am a creative person and I am often looking for projects to tackle, whether it's writing a play about pirates, spray-painting a computer in psychedelic colours or building a life-size Dalek out of MDF.
I am quick-witted with a sense of humour that has been described as both sharp and dry. When people tell me that sarcasm is the lowest form of wit, I point out that they can't have seen a Carry On film!
