I'm into astronomy, hikes, travel, making/hacking, entrepreneurship and bioinformatics. I'm passionate about my goals and beliefs and have become more pragmatic and less utopian in working on them. I believe in the power of biotech to transform the world and ultimately extend human life. I believe in the primacy of the individual and the power of individual creation in the free market. I believe human history has been a long march out of irrationality and that Science and Psychology have been and will be the two biggest tools in that. I like the term machine intelligence instead of artificial intelligence. I run the [@] meetup group.
