Is there anyone out there who wants to sail out of sight of land, walk all day in the hills, waltz on the lawn with me when we get back from a lock-in at the pub. Or go to the airport and take the next plane to anywhere to enjoy their days somewhere warm?
Equally, to be at peace, enjoying time together doing nothing ...........
Well of course, there are no guarantees, but in my case I'm relearning French (Voltaire just now) and trying Tai Chi whenever I can (surprisingly difficult; looks easy, but getting that inner balance right.........)
Imagine - practicing Tia Chi in a scented garden warmed by the sun before going on to play Pétanque and debate Sartre with the locals, then with a glass of red (or two) and a smoky log fire awaiting, no traffic, no supermarket for at least 20 kilometers and, above all, no Brits?
