About him
A gentle blonde with his own teeth and miraculously, still quite a bit of hair. I look younger than my years, though I’m not sure that's a good thing.
Things I enjoy: driving out on a sunny day with the roof down wearing a beanie hat, doesn't matter if it’s cold - there are heated seats. My two adult sons are my best friends and spending time with them is a must; performing at jam nights (Blues, Stones, Eagles, Clapton, Pink Floyd etc.); Painting in oils/acrylics when the mood strikes; photography, no room to show my work on here; I like Cornwall too when I can get down there. I make electric guitars and it’s a challenge to create the best tone but that’s my secret. I have a qualification in Psychology 🥱 but it’s just another interest.
I love architecture, National Trust, gardens but not gardening, train journeys and pondering the scenery wondering what was there millennia ago, the peace of an art gallery. For fitness, I can be found walking my local beach when it’s not raining.
I like to think I am fun to be with - slightly off-the-wall, dry humour. I am kind, articulate, compassionate, considerate, empathetic and have a traditional sense of ‘old school’ when it comes to manners and being a gentleman.

I’d like to meet an emotionally intelligent lady with warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humour. Extreme attractiveness is, of course, essential — think early Brigitte Bardot or Sofia Loren …I jest of course but it’s bonkers as anyone wishing for George Clooney and I expect I’d be as attractive if I had his money.
I am drawn to a bright, creative woman who enjoys their own lives and interests, and who values a relaxed balance between togetherness and personal space. Travel and adventures have their place, but so do quieter and more simple pleasures.
An eccentric sparkle would be welcome. If we hit it off, then great — no pressure, no grand expectations. Whatever life still has to offer, I hope she’ll be up for fun, good conversation, a little mischief, the occasional glass of wine and sharing a cosy log fire.
