I have been told my sense of humour is sometimes masked by my quiet nature,
On sunny days I can be found out for a Sunday drive in the car my Great Grandfather bought new in 1959.
When the occasion demands, I like driving tractors and chasing cattle in ever decreasing circles.
I like to get out on the water as often as I can find willing boatmates.
I was at the helm of the HMB Endeavour as it sailed through the Great Barrier reef last year.
I am always trying to increase my understanding of the world, consequently, I have dedicated one room of my house as the library and am filling it with books as fast as I can read them.
I have travelled a moderate amount and come to the conclusion that England is the best place in the world to visit, apart from Australia that is.
