About him
I am a mostly positive person who takes an interest in everything that goes on around me and cares about people and the environment. I like to think I am pretty easy to get along with but it's unlikely that anyone with right wing world views, or who is into fundamental religion, new age spirituality, conspicuous consumption, or commercial media and sport, would consider me much of a match - and visa versa.
About his ideal match
It is my hope to meet someone with similar interests and values to my own who could love me for what I am and accept what I am not - and who I could love in return. Someone who is comfortable with themselves but who, like me, is looking for company, affection and support in times of need.
Ideally, it would be someone not too far from where I live so that we could maintain our separate lives as well as sharing - at least initially. At my stage of life, uprooting myself to fit into another's life is not all that appealing. Nor would I expect someone to uproot themselves to be with me. For someone further afield, travelling to spend some time together and seeing what followed from that would be good.
