Friends say I'm caring, compassionate and have a good sense of humour. I enjoy science fiction and am looking forward to the Satellite 3 Convention. With qualifications in microbiology and environmental management, I enjoy reading about most aspects of science...... apart from quantum physics which boggles the brain somewhat.
I have a strong religious faith but being a Scottish Episcopalian I have an open mind towards the science v religion debate. Living in such a beautiful part of the world I can't help but appreciate the gloriousness of Creation in all it's forms ...... apart from spiders that is, all those legs are just plain creepy!
I'm owned by 2 Siamese cats: one who's as thick as a plank and another who loves the laptop and watching tv, life is never boring with them around.
