About him
Half the year in the UK ,doing mental health care work, and the other half, usually in Spain, in the Canary islands. I'm hoping to buy some land down there and increase my time there ,perhaps running a campsite and growing sub-tropical fruit and veg. ,and did a CELTA to help enable that, but don't actually care enough about teaching english to use it !
Used to be very interested in the nature of reality and consciousness, but don't believe that conceptual thought is up to understanding such areas ,ultimately . Still ,I do like to see what science comes up with ,and occasionally what others who have explored more experiential paths have to say, and of course to look for myself. I also like to practice archery when possible.
I'm now planning to start an OU degree in Environmental Science - because I think it'll be interesting to study ,and because I'd like to be paid to look at wildlife ... . And if I can't get paid ,I'll have the skills to do my own research to add my tuppenth worth to trying to save more wilderness.

The most attractive thing about another person, is that I find them attractive. The second most attractive thing is that they find me attractive. The former without the latter is unlikely to last more than a butterfly's visit. The latter without the former , can be easier. But the two together ,whether for a brief conversation, a short or long friendship, or something more ,is rather delicious and moving.
