I DON'T have a car, partly out of eco-virtue and partly because I don't entirely trust myself in charge of a heavy lump of speeding metal.
I spend more time than humans are meant to in spaces of the mind rather than in the physical world - though I enjoy that too on my regular visits. I make my living knowing about public policy and computers, but long in my heart to be a philosopher.

Someone who is seized at times by the poetry and poignancy of the world - but also able to handle the prose in between.
I'm probably NOT looking for an extreme sports enthusiast, though I am open to being dragged into trying some (not too scary) things that I've gone through life so far thinking wouldn't be my thing...
And I'm not good at resentment. So not a good match if there's stuff you can't let go of, and you're looking for solidarity...
