About her
When it comes to my personality, I can be a bit of a sassy queen 👸 but deep down inside I’m an empathetic person who has an inquisitive heart and I’m constantly curious about things 🤔🧐 I always think outside of the box and I love discussing different concepts and theories 🤓 At this current moment I’m very interested in nutritional science and how different plant compounds inhibit specific inflammatory markers in the body particularly in autoimmune disease such as psoriasis which I have been previously diagnosed with. My autoimmune disease is now in remission after being a pescatarian and eating the Mediterranean diet for 10 years. From my own experimentation, I have discovered that eating a diet rich in vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids as well as polyphenols from fruits and vegetables. Aside from nutritional science, I’m also interested in yoga, meditation, philosophy, floristry, cooking, fashion, dancing, psychology, neuroscience and gardening.
