Honestly, they probably shouldn’t. I have an extremely diverse background – took a huge variety of liberal arts courses but my major was religion. Now, take a moment and ignore every thought you’ve just had,
While I did study the Judeo-Chistian traditons pretty extensively, my main interest was Mahayana Buddhism. That was invaluable since it showed me that while rational thought has its value, it is as limiting as a straight jacket or blinders. Unfortunately, there’s no way to explain that to anyone unless they already understand.
That’s just one example of the many contradictions and inconsistencies which are what gradually allow you into a very,very different mindset.
Just so I don’t truncate my exposition there, I’ll just mention that I have two graduate degrees – Juris Doctor and an MBA, mostly in finance. I also belong to Mensa but I did that mainly for the additional intellectual bona fides. It’s something that really shouldn’t be taken very seriously.

I have no earthly idea. I suspect that if I could actually do that and with some level of accuracy, my next thought would be that something, somewhere, must be very wrong.
