About her
For any number of reasons that might light a spark within you when you read them? I'm passionate but level headed. I'm grown up yet young at heart. I'm an Empath who loves to care. I love to talk as much as I love to listen. I miss good conversation. I daydream but am learning to keep my feet on the ground. I'm a glass half full person but I the hardships of life can still get me down. I'm often too independent as a result of the life I've lead but am searching for that one man who will want to take care of me. I've travelled the world alone, with dreadlocks and a kombi van for most of my 20's yet was never lonely. Only now when I reflect on my travels, it would be nice to have someone to share them with in future. I'm a combination of European heritage with elements of African sarcasm and German hospitality but I'm no snob or elitist. My friends would say I'm a hopeless romantic and that I'm playful, curious, adventurous, kind, honest, sensitive, real. Oh... and tall. I gym 4 times a week so I can drink beer and eat cake without guilt. Just started rock climbing and learned I have chicken wings for arms (must work on that). I've been known to fall asleep in front of the TV but would never install one in my bedroom. Early to bed, early to rise, and often with a book still firmly gripped in my hand. I am great at my job managing others and solving problems, yet I still dream of what I want to be when I grow up and have recently started teaching myself science and LOVING IT! I might take a while to start something, but when I do, I dont do it by half. I can sometimes be a bit of a perfectionist. However, I dont believe that anyone is perfect, but I do believe that life is a long journey of self improvement. Any expectations I hold of others are no more than I am willing to give of myself. I love laughing, learning, exploring, new people & cultures, music, museums, galleries, restaurants, dinner parties, picnics, drives, travel, reading, cooking, movies, TEDTalks, swimming, kissing and enjoying the little things.

Someone who sees me in the morning but still thinks I'm cute (too much?). Someone who's bad habits I'll fall in love with. A tall, mature man but kid at heart. Someone to sit quietly with on a Sunday morning with a coffee while we read NewScientist (and someone who won't get annoyed with all my questions! ;) Someone to talk about our future together with, who'll be just as excited as me.
